Enter your budget, the cost per guest quoted by your caterer or venue and the share of fixed costs to get the number of guests you can afford.

How it works

Part of the budget does not depend on guest count: photographer, attire, music, rings… These fixed costs are often about a third of the budget.

The rest is divided by the cost per guest (food, drinks, furniture rentals, sometimes the venue) to give the maximum number of guests.

Ask your caterer for an all-inclusive price per person (service, drinks, tableware).
Count children and the vendors you need to feed (photographer, DJ).
Keep a margin of a few guests for last-minute additions.
